- Improve: Develop and implement solutions to address the identified root causes and improve the process. This phase involves brainstorming, designing and testing solutions, and implementing changes with a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
5. Control: Establish control measures to sustain the improvements achieved in the previous phase. This involves implementing monitoring systems, creating standard operating procedures, and providing ongoing training to ensure the process remains stable and continues to meet customer requirements.
